Discovering the Power of Components
Intrigued by the new pendulum, I decided to do some research on the components. Here is what I found:
Vintage Key: The word "key", which comes from the Old English word meaning "serving to open or explain," has always had metaphorical associations, as in a means to uncover ideas or emotions that are hidden or blocked.
Picture Jasper is said to be the Earth Mother speaking to her children. It forms remarkable patterns and exhibits a hidden message or "picture" from the past. It is marvelous for inner journeying. An excellent source for creative vision, boosting confidence and is an ideal aid for starting one's own business. Wear for long periods of time to bring hidden thoughts, grief, fears, and hopes to the surface for examination.
Citrine: Natural Citrine is a premier stone of manifestation, imagination, and personal will. Carrying the power of the sun, it is warm and comforting, energizing and life giving. It stimulates the chakras like the sunlight of spring, clearing the mind and stirring the soul to action. Its frequency awakens creativity and imagination, and sustains the process of transforming dreams and wishes into tangible form.
Orthoceras are the fossilized remains of an extinct marine animal. It has a long conical shape. Fossils are believed to increase life span, reduce toxins, anxiety, stress, balance the emotions, make one more confident. Containing supernatural and physical healing powers. They promote a sense of pride and success in business. Healers use fossils to enhance telepathy and stimulate the mind. Traditionally, fossils have been used to aid in reducing tiredness, fatigue, digestive disorders, and rheumatism.Quite an interesting mix of components. This is a powerful pendulum and props to the talented artist who created it. Unfortunately, the shop owner didn't know her name, but remembered her as "unique, quirky and very interesting". He told me she had come by a couple of years ago and they had bought several pendulums from her. This was the last one. It had been waiting for me.
